1. she will be a dead weight very soon, by chapter 10 onwards
2. roon doesn't need main fleet exp, she needs vanguard exp

i really, really suggest against using UVH

Cause you are fighting in weak inconsequential content and she fires fastest in the backline

If you had started a bit early and gotten Oumi, pretty sure Oumi is flatly a better ship
