Ya can run something like fritz lion and zwei for main fleet and Trafalgar Eldridge and z52 for vanguard

it can clear 2 waves minimum

and ur BB should be able to obliterate the boss that spawns after 2 waves

should be a pretty easy opsi for him

both the BB+fritz fleet and ijn cv can one shot all harbiter solo and if its left with 10hp then easy clean up
