Barracuda is parallel torpedo bomber and tenzan is covering torpedo bomber. If I'm not wrong, Barracuda is better at mob because of the surface and Tenzan for single target/boss. @agile fossil please correct me if I'm wrong

Here you have a bunch of options you can use. A lot of them are outside gear lab

I think you should equip the best you have from there until you need to skill sync

It's when you have, for example, 2 CV dps and 1 Slow support. You want them to launch at almost same time to not miss anything thanks to the slow debuff

For example, Implacable is top tier slow support, you would like your other CV to launch almost at the same moment to benefit from it

I wouldn't bother with it for now, even more if you are not doing OpSi
