You almost have full CV meta vanguard: Kazagumo and Sirius but I didn't saw any research tanks like Agir or Anchorage

try to level said fleets to lv120 since thats the baseline level when a ship is considered "done" to tackle hard content

aquila and san diego are great option for campaign if u wanna raise em if u wanna tackle ch14+15 later on
and ofc work on ur research ships

strasser cannot freeze for her own tbs
she could freeze potentially for cvs if launching before her
but the nearest cv could also potentiall miss her tbs because her freeze is too short
shes not invested so i wouldnt drop a dime on her
