I am currently raising Hakuhou; I have enough UR Bulins to MLB Mogador (1 URin Leftover) or Laffey 2 (3 URins Leftover)

Laffey 2 is 5* solely since i returned from a hiatus and was a bit clueless at the time and now she seems somewhat powercrept so i didn't bother finishing her instantly shrug

swap guam to USS and I would use kear over avp

I've been recommended lion, aquila, uni, z52, ibuki, harbin for speed clear fleet, which im guessing is your fleet 4

my harbin isn't maxed so I've been using shima instead which also works great

valid ig ; is it worth using percy over indep and losing the crossfleet though ?

1: you could use all 3 if ur tech isn't high, or simply ditch indep if you hav 35+ tech and minimum 24rld from cats

2: eldridge is a mini ancho for the team kind of, and guam helps with concealment more than anchorage

im pretty sure you were around when concealment got released

ancho has 200 aa with 1 mount

guam has 2 mounts with 400 AA

IJN is also useless this month unless you want to clear the light arbiter with IJN hvar fleets which I wouldn't see a reason for you to do that given the fact that you specifically have a USS fleet

If I had more units in ur pos I would ditch USS completely and turn it into just crossfleet and see to kill light arbiter with a BB fleet and an IJN hvar fleet

Makes sense - i find my USS fleet tends to be hit or miss but the timing in general is just scuffed to hit the slow, which doesnt seem needed

tbh i dont see the value in rushing it - better off long term if i just do pr8 and work on pr7 once it's done shrug

no soyuz and it'll be almost a year of new urs before i would get dev30 nakhimov if i start after pr8
