you might want to work on getting Essex retrofit next, or Eldridge. Essex is closer

also needless to say, you should raise implacable and fdg to lv120 if not 125 before they will perform

I never got any data packs from research tho

when you have dev30 ships, for example roon
and you do catchup, you will get Roon BPs
then you can analyze them, like this
same process as combat data packs

they both share the same 300
