aight so here are the ships you need to level up

Shinano, Trafalgar, Hakuryuu, Bismarck Zwei, Agir, Azuma, Ark Royal, Helena, NJ/Warspite(pick one), Essex, Sirius, Kazagumo

to at least lv120, if not 125. some of them are good to 125 like zwei, agir, etc. some can be questionable to go further, like ark royal, azuma

generally get to lv120 first, then we'll see how it goes from there
