I can understand pretty much all the choices (although I am concerned Implac is stuck at 115 due to my lack of coin and chips) - but why Sirius out of all the SSR ships?

Yeah, from how I understood it, I looked at either the Flex (heavy) for any aircraft slot that allows for any aircraft to be put in it; and for anything that has a hard requirement, I picked the best possible option

otherwise Implacable would be running a converging TB in her 2nd slot

Shinano and Amagi would be running a Helldiver in their DB and first slots respectively
I better grind 12-4 real quick to purchase some Helldivers; I sold those off long ago thinking that if I really needed dive bombers, I could use the Destroyer instead of the Helldiver
the Helldiver is better than every dive bomber in the game
bar the Skyraider against light and medium armor

Often times I will have like a full fleet I will get to, say 100, 110, or 115 and then uncap the entire fleet at once
Its why you see a lot of my ships hovering at each of those milestones respectively
I don't really like doing that
mainly because content either needs level 120
or its easy enough to leave them at level 100
not much inbetween
So when I reload on chips during anni - which 2-3 ships should I absolutely prioritize to getting to 125
And Implac I am guessing (to make that fleet work more effectively since she's stuck at 115 atm)?

you wont immedately need any of the URs at 125 right now probably
but most of them you do wanna get there sooner rather than later
so what I would do is
bank enough XP on the ones you wanna get to 125 eventually
it's about 1.5 million
from 120
don't worry you can bank up to 3 million on them
and then once you do need one at 125
they're pretty much ready to go

I've been told multiple times that even if my Uni is at 125, I should still use her for my mob fleets when farming? Even when equipping awful planes on her (Skyrocket/Albacore), she still often wins VIP

to farm W12 on safe
Based on what you've seen, how low can I go to farm W12 safely (i.e., like could I drag the Zara class + the Veneto trio to farm XP for Golden Leuw to 12-4)?

I also have Alsace, Musashi, and Soyuz in the boss fleet

So if I really want to focus on vanguard getting XP, the backline should absolutely have NO offensive gear. Just gear to keep them comfy while vanguard does the work

I do this because I have 4 total main fleets currently left to level
So if I am thinking about my ships correctly who have those effects...Shinano/Implac/Alsace for the main?

She started at level 30 and did fine
so what ships do you recommend slapping the extinguisher on?
Just your main fleets if you're gonna go full defensive
The Kongos can occasionally just burn them down
