I was considering changing Aquila to Unicorn

you could try something along the lines of

Mob: Musashi, Unicorn, Aquila, San Diego, Scylla, Shimanto
Boss: NJ, Volga, Yorktown 2, Anchorage, Cheshire, Eldridge retrofit

I'll refer you to the guide but rudders on the main fleet

and reset if necessary

actually change Volga for Enterprise in 15-2
