i gave my basic fleet rec really
uni + d7p for mobbing
other 2 slots in both are flexible and you can kinda just use any lv120 stuff as long as you have a competent tank & meet ACV requirement
boss fleet is another question entirely and where you'll probably hit a wall

its better to give d7p to boss but then again theres 2 rainbow bbs in there and strong carriers so it should cruise through w13 with no issues if the gear is good

you don't need to given them the best gear in the world but it needs to be halfway decent and enhanced

put a healer in your backline unless you're specifically farming backline exp. even if your unicorn is xp capped it'll save you a lot of hassle when grinding up underleveled/undergeared vanguard
