Sara really wants augment which requires materials that are harder to get early game . So independence is generally better suggestion if you already have her

You can also cheat the system by not killing boss and just clearing the mobs then retreat. The game does not take away a hard mode attempt if boss doesn't die That way you can 3 star hard modes 3 times a day
