I wanted help for the above 4 things
Here are my ships:

*by research fleets I mean a farming vanguard for: Harbin, ironblood

#

*by world 12/13 I mean mob-boss fleets for 12-2 onwards upto 13-4 preferably
*ships to raise as in which ships to level up or mlb for opsi/campaign/research data farm purposes

for harbin you can use yatsen+ddg+one of the hai, or another ddg if you want to invest into next one

other factoin research is really just using whatever ship that has the better tech at lv120

#

but do prioritize good ships before tech

for example, you should prioritize using Indep

#

she has AA tech, which is pretty bad down the tech priority list, but she's a strong ship

so you should prioritize sandy over something like cleveland, even tho cleve gives +1FP

but that's really minmaxing, usually just use whatever ships you can for research exp farm

What should I focus on next after these?

i'd do agir after plymouth

her armour break would be useful for your BB fleet, and you need another tank anyway

coinable one at least, brest is still dev20 25?

but after that you should probably go for nakhimov if you're on research 7

Agir AVP and Haku are strong ships

i dont see implacable so you definitely want AVP for CV support

Pr5 fine. Other coinable ships like Harbin and etc. While you focused on Plymouth you'll get other prints. Which if you did Harbin with coins you'll analyze

He already have Portland, Ancho and Brest.

focusing on pr5 he can finish Brest, Harbin and Plym. But as I recomend better stert from Harbin

and i think you're mistaking developing and research focusing

research focus 5!=developing only at PR5

you get ship and gear blueprints from PR5 if you research focus 5

you can develop any ship from PR1 to 7
