you need to level up your tanks like portland or prinz eugen

eugen helena sandiego

limit break and retro portland if possible, maybe exp book both portland and eugen to 100

grind a bit at 12-1 before moving on

I never used Prinz again right after I left 3-4

you can make it or just use changchun, whichever you prefer

but remember that changchun needs the missile and 4seal aux to be good too
