should i start building a 2nd fleet? i cant beat sp event boss with unicorn pennsylvania implacable portland helena laffey due to lack of dps and survivability ~ 12k power on vanguard and main fleet

i was told to bench pennsylvania and implacable for vittorio and franklin prior to lion event

should i pull lion now or do 3 pulls a day mission instead?
who should i pick from special invitation?
should i mlb implacable, lion or trafalgar? i can get 4 UR bulins total

i managed to clear SP with mlb implacable 20s left and vanguards below half hp

it is also better to start leveling another fleet
swap 4 ships at a time like sandy saratoga de zeven and franklin and remove penny implacable helena and laffey

by swapping u mean i should lvl them up through sortie mainly?
which 6 ships should my 2nd fleet be?

yes first put them in the first floor in the dorm
exp book them to an ok lvl usually 70 to be able to mlb them then sortie in D3 or 12-1/4
depending on ur account
in ur case 12-1 now

start with these 4 ships now until u get better ones or more bulins
