• Nelson Retrofit could replace your Pennsylvania
• I'd build San Diego, Enterprise and Lion, I see you already started on them too
• you have a severe lack of CV, so you're free to build Franklin

You have enough gold bulins to make a better fleet. I wouldn’t use Pennsylvania any longer since it’s already at 120, Hood, Nelson Retrofit, or Sov Belorussia would serve better. Among them, Hood I think is arguably the best but also requires an investment into her unique augment. You could use Lion as well if you want, I bet 5 star Lion is going to do more damage than Pennsylvania.

San Diego is a very strong ship especially at W13, where she would be indispensable for you as you lack an AA carry otherwise. She is very expensive to invest into, requiring both a unique augment and a retrofit.

What you're thinking about is the retrofit item, and it can indeed be bought

It just costs coins and a bunch of augment materials

It’s not cheap, if you lack resources, you might want to choose between Sandy Aug and Hood Aug

Or just use Nelson retro

For a boss fleet, I’d probably go with enterprise if you have decent planes. She lives and dies by how good her equipment is. Otherwise I think there aren’t a lot of obvious choices

Saratoga retrofit with augment is also a top tier mob fleet carrier for her double dive bomber slot and high damage uptime.

Mind you, you're going to:

• mlb Lion, that's around 25000 coins by herself
• retrofit Nelson, which is still expensive
• retrofit San Diego
• mlb a bunch of SR/E, which individually costs more than 5000(E)/13000(SR) each
• possibly build augments, so 21000 down the drain each

No, it ultimately comes down to the quality of your planes and what you struggle with. If you have problems with vanguard survivability in boss fights, you could consider moving illustrious over and using Saratoga in mob. If you have access to good planes like helldivers and 2*1000lb bomb fighters, Enterprise could be very strong. You probably still want to have a battleship in the middle slot in both fleets

If not go buy her in the core shop, she is one of the most useful CVs

oh basically i only have 1 fleet so i'm at world 10

and when i get to the end boss

my fleet is a bit damaged

and i end up dying

and opsi requires 2 fleets i think

so i haven't been doing those

and some of hard mode as well

Opsi is 4 fleets technically but you only need 1 good mob fleet to do most of it

also how should i use my dorm slots, i have 8 slots in total 4 training and 4 rest

i put my whole fleet in the dorm so only 2 slots of training is used to "level up" ships

Yeah, you kinda just want to use the training slots on the non-max level ships.

You can put them in the hot spring that’s available for the duration of this event

But I wouldn’t really be using 120 ships in W10 anyways. It would do you more good to swap out some of the max level ships to start leveling them

How many xp books do you have?

Because you aren’t going to raise a lot of the ships you have to 125, so any xp you get after hitting 120 is kinda wasted.

Yesnt, unicorn, independence, San Diego, enterprise, etc are all good enough to raise to 125 eventually, as are any UR ships you have

And healers like unicorn are often just going to be put into a mob fleet even if she’s sitting at 3 million excess xp

But for ships that aren’t super useful in the long run and aren’t going to be raised past 120, I probably would bench them, yes

Yeah

What gear do you have? It is good to try to follow the gear guide on the tier list, but understanding it is also important.

For example the 457mm rainbow battleship gun often shows up on the recommended gear list for BBs but it has some anti synergy with Helena and other ships so you need to know what you are doing

Stuff like twin 410mm IJN gun, or triple 406mm mk6, or helldiver dive bomber

UR gears are gotten through Gear lab, research (ultimately, crafting) and events such as the Lion gun in the shop right now
