-shinano is still pretty much a staple in cv fleet boss teams
-vanguard can buff BBs in your fleet
-everything else is powercrept

I'm in the same situation like you. I've used all my keys to farm polaris trying to get Commander lvl 60

7-2 is a good place while trying to get chapter 8
