Tenzan kai is the poverty option to replace ju87d and ryuusei

Vit2 has the highest damage but slowest reload
Ryuusei is 2nd highest on damage and reload
saiun kai launches the fastest but has the lowest damage as a result
ju87d4 has slightly less damage than the ryuusei but has a better drop when releasing torpedoes so it generally hits more
youll have to mix and match based on your particular needs
generally the ju87 gets phased out by ryuuseis and the vit2 if you have powerful slows like implacable or nakhimov/soyuz since it basically guarantees hitting all your torps anyways (assuming no timing constraints and you want absolute max damage)
