flagship depends on the timing but usually it is the slower dps because it gets revealed easier
with a comp that has eldridge as main slower utility u want to make the flagship launches first or at most second so most likely it is rumey

but it depends as i said might be amagi if she is faster

agir can tank at 5☆ or even 4☆ she just needs levels

oh scrap the riche option and replace with izumo

imo no need to go hardcore on it and try to min max it although it is kinda late to start opsi after 10 months but still

i found that putting NJ as flag nets me more dmg bcs she has faster rld than Izumo thus when Eld skill gets proc from NJ it freezes for all three salvo hits instead of just izumo coming in like 3 secs later and the freeze go waste
