Need advice on two fleets to auto both 15-4 and 14-4

Hm how does auto work on 15-4? Do I just set fleet 1 to mobs only fleet 2 to boss only?

Options A and B seems to require manual at some point

Why do the subs have no DD guns equipped? Is it on purpose or does it not matter?
