Replace Jav?

Some else suggest that I maybe replace Jav with someone like Scylla? I Scylla still the best replacement?

I’m working training up Raf to replace Penn. I can only have the Bulin to get Raf to 5 stars right now, though.

scylla is a good upgrade over jav but do u have access to oilcap so u can swap and raise scylla ?

I get something like 120 points for T4 night mode.

I’d need to farm something like 20 missions a day to hit the 28000 milestone.

yea but in a 15 repeat u get like 1.8k

u can just repeat 15 check back later and repeat again

and u can do that 3 times per day and ure good

Who would you suggest for a second fleet?

First you rotate 1st fleet ships into 2nd

Raf and scylla are good ships to rotate into mob. Belo could be another particularly for pr7 tech points

Bolzano meta is an acceptable tank

My secondaries are all over the place in terms of levels. Do I use Exp packs to get them to a similarish spot then level the up with campaign missions or through the event?

Yes use xp packs. 50 packs, limit break, 50 more packs, max limit break.

Oh more specifically L70 is the minimum so you can mlb. L100 if rich. 70 is high enough that a healer can carry in all farming content.

I am EXP Pack and Coin poor. I'm also probalby not doing the best to manage my EXP from commissions. But I'll make it work.

This might affect my ability to farm events, but I'm patient with the campaign at the very least.

If you're exp pack poor it is because you used them for the wrong thing

They are not for pushing and they are terrible for that.

I dumped them into Bartolmeo and Raff to get them above level 30 (by mistake I got them to level ~45 instead of level 30 as intended)

I have ~100 left over.

I may have used some on another ship, don't know for sure.

Play more. You should be generating like 100 every 3 days

Yeah, I guess I should just be playing more, then.

But it sounds like, overall, I should be farming EXP packs and using them to level the ships you mentioned above, right?

If you're at 20k oil you're not playing enough so of course progress and ease of play will be lower.

If you just stick to using mlb ships you basically get xp packs for free

All L100+ ships generate xp packs

I've just recently reached the point where my main fleet is level 100ish

My oil is...stable? I can farm the event and I basically get more oil than I can reasonably spend during my waking hours (if that makes sense). Every now and then I farm a campaing mission to burn off oil.

I'm at like, 9000/7000 with another 1000 in my canteen?

I claimed too many oil rewards from weekly missions. : /

Yeah, it's a weird spot to for me to be in. I was running short on oil with the two previous events because there was no oil cap (at least not accessible to me).

But yeah, play more, get more exp, transfer to second fleet ship. I have a plan. Thank you.
