the issue is that u don't have enough leveled ships for ideal fleets

it will be pain to do something with these for opsi

the best that i can think of is to try and rush coining fdg

the bossing fleet will be 3 BBs
nj fdg and monarch

I mean, it doesn't have to be exactly a fleet for now, it can just be a "plan".

I can put the composition in a sheet and level them until I can actually use it.

the plan is hard to execute / will take a long time
the ideal bossing fleet needs shinano from the permanent banner and hakuryuu now is coinable

so implacable haku nano sandy kazagumo + 1

BB fleet is tank which here should be something like agir or anchorage from the same series as hakuryuu + helena + plymouth from pr5

the +1 is usually aurora or sirius

for this month use indep enty unicorn roon z46 sandy for mob
nj implacable ( should be fdg ) monarch roon helena sandy
do all the mobbing stuff and leave the bossing in the last week of the month then go back to mobbing after being done from bossing

the vanguard overlap is because there isn't any apparent good candidate

use this as a reference

bossing fleet but it seems like monarch doesn't have an augment yet
ideally u want fdg instead of implacable

monarch aux should be anything that gives fp
