that is why most people recommend to start bothering with research at chapter 9 and above

because your ships level average will be above 100, you have good source of exp books income, and you can grind with oil cap

also part of the reason why having 2 fleets too early can produce negative results

2 fleets=exp spread across 2 fleets=mob fleet will get less exp

1 fleet means your level average will be almost the same across the level, and will be lv100 easily by chapter 9
