well you have some decent ships... portland is a good one, useable until w14

i dont normally suggest buying out sandy or anshan's retrofit item at your stage, but since the only UR you own is raf and shimakaze, i think you can attempt to buy one of them. retrofit unicorn is your priority right now and portland + normal sandy with her unique augment is enough

might as well build a cleve for now, and change her for better options, and then build that chienwu too as you already invest 2 bulins on her... try to grab nelson/hood while you are at it... so for now, port sandy cleveland unicorn washington taihou should be enough...

heehee probably portland unicorn for mob,a nd then washingtno taihou sandy cleveland chienwu for boss XD. change mobbers from boss fleet when you want to level them. stay in a maps or b maps for now.
