Put unicorn in fleet 1 and replace NJ with Nagato, You should always have Uni/a healer in a mob fleet, put NJ on boss fleet

NJ works in mob fleet too, but I guess he could use yellow bullins on hood and do hood + uni + independence for mobbing

I would think I know why you're struggling.. It's because you use The fleet without healers for mob, which would've good for Boss, And ships that have healers for boss..
