4th is my crossfleet so not much would change I assume

the bossing fleets are alright
the mobbing fleet can have less BBs to be faster

i wasn't that active when the boss fleets changed with the release of ships like soyuz and alsace so I'm mainly checking for those

if it's speed I wanted I'm sure triple cv still works on mobbing

u can use eld tank i think here and 3 ijn since heavy
or u could use soyuz cat fritz and replace soyuz with musasi

not sure how they perform against heavy but cat is the strongest cv in the game
