Do it for (in order of priority from most to least imo):

  • unicorn
  • portland (should be cheap)
  • helena
  • laffey if you plan on using her
  • san diego

unicorn best healer in a game and have preload aircrafts after retro. Believe this is a best investment what you can did in this game

You can use New Jersey but I wouldn't invest too much yet, you could get the new italian BB that's potentially better
More generally UR ships needs to be added stars to truly be good, and that's probably too expensive for you

I'd do:
Unicorn, Hood, Centaur(?), Portland, San Diego, Laffey or Helena
The thing is, you don't have a lot of main ships. Don't focus on URs they're too expensive.

And my last advice:
upgrade stars. It's very, VERY important because it improves stats, improves skills and improves level limit

Portland best tank what you have. You don't have second fleet so just rise what you have. Idk about main fleet.... Hood - yes. Uni will be for this time until you get 2 good fleets.

Saratoga iirc can be in some shops. It's a good ship. You have Shinano... wait until new BB comes. Maybe UR builins will be for one of them but don't rush
