Both their augments are basically steroids. Umm for 12-4 even that Sandy alone with her augment can carry you. Minimum level tbh for 12-4 is 100

Oh and pro tip, always do weapon research focus. A PR ship at your stage won't boost you as much as pr gear
The gold gear like rudders and so on are beneficial. Start at pr7

Yeahh I give it a month for every rudder and other gold gear. UR gear is nice but won't carry you as hard as some gold gear drops

Just remember don't start your PR gear research at 4 and below. 5 is alright to start at and 7 is the best ATM

Given how expensive pr4 gear is in gear lab, starting on 4 for one piece of each gear is a good idea, but starting at 7 is simpler
Like the three guns in the sixth slot down are the best for medium and heavy bosses

cv: shinano, enty, ark, noshiro, kazagumo, Sirius
crossfleet backup mob: nj, percy, indy(full rf), Minnie, sf, suzut
the first three fleets you must work on leveling and maxing the ships. the fourth fleet is whatever or ships that would be good to use but aren't ready.
