also when u want to upgrade the gear do it equally between the ships

But you probably should try and make your team over levelled

As it makes them do more Dmg and lowers the Dmg taken, if they're higher lvls against the enemies, if they're lower then they won't do as much Dmg and take more dmg

Looking like gear levels is a big issue. Gear is okay for its tier but it's not fully upgraded even still.

main guns on mainfleet is the biggest source of damage against bosses

Well you can add additional ships to start. Upgrade main fleet main weapons to max. Improve vanguard surviability gear (toolbox mainly, the blues are maxed). Build Atago's special augment.

I can't see the levels of your ships but they're all mlb at least.

my advice would be to ignore her for now and continue with campaign until you get to atleast w10

put her in first floor dorm so she can gain levels, its slow but its something

use books on her to get her to the level of your current ships

since you are new, you will have a lot of ships you will want to level, so just get to a world with oil cap and run full fleets to level them at the same time

oil cap is something that reduces the oil per run of the fleet

for example normally your fleet will cost 80 oil per run, in an oil cap map it will only cost 21 or something

it differs from map to map

iirc w9 has oil cap

so its fine to level your ships there for a bit
