Also get Shinano the next time you hit UR Pity that way you can do Implac/Haku/Shinano instead of Implac/Enty/Yk2 or move Enty and Yk2 to be with AvP instead

She's still pretty top tier within that niche
she's only really beaten out buff wise by ships like Kazagumo who have Air Raid Assistance but even then, her buff stacks with ARA so she ends up being used alongside a ARA ship
