assuming you're not looking to use the mob fleet to level I'd just take Unicorn/Sandy/Unzen, UvH needs some levels but she'll be one of your fast loaders for quick clears and the rest of the slots are kind of whatever
BisZwei/NJ/FdG for boss fleet with Agir/Plymouth and I don't see Helena which really should be raised and thrown in there
the other 2 fleets are whatever as well, I don't see a good third carrier to go with Enterprise and AvP, assuming AvP is FS5
that's besides missing an air raid assistance ship

I have UvH in my dorm currently leveling up and I have her on the 10 hour commission thing along with a few other ships I'm planning to add to the OS fleets.

just throw her into the mob fleet for extra XP, she'll be fine for most part
long commission is waste of oil unless you're really not playing all that much and end up sitting on the oil

helena is the strongest buffer in the game
and in opsi u can reset as many as u can to make full use of it since it procs at 60% chance
basically with this fleet u can kill all the bosses except the harbiter

usually u use the mobbing fleet for the entire month then at the end of it u start doing the bosses mainly because of the adapt levels
the mobbing fleet should also do the strongholds when the adapts are close to 180 180 140
max gain is at 188 188 150
for the arbiter which is the center of the map 203 203
arbiter and abyssals use the BB fleet
rest use the mobbing fleet
