If you're referring to the tags, those are Conditional tags
They have to be doing what the tags say to justify their tiering
Otherwise yes, ECTL is a good idea for what's considered good in the context of campaign

No no. Not the tags. Like, if I want a tank I look at the CL/CA list to see who is listed as ex or Teir 0
