she's definitely an option to consider though, if your vanguard is something like z52 laffey2 eldridge

she heals a lot more than aquila for ship with lower hp

anchorage boost your vanguard survivability better because of her skill, which procs everytime she fires her torpedo, hence the blue torpedo
