I don't see any good BB so I'll recommend to ignore them at now. Hood needs mlb for reward. Try to ignore any BB who have less 100% barrage

You have the whole game to use uni. There's no reason to overlevel her or even use her when not needed.
If laffey or portland die even without a healer against trashy L70 D1 mobs you have bigger issues than uni vs Aquila. And you can just set healquila if you think that is a better balance between dps and survival. Also again, vv loves Aquila. Read her skills

BTW you don't have to do that. Just make second fleet your actual fleet and you can go back to using helena.
