Nahkimov won't be usable for a few months at least and even unlocking her is a massive PIA early on
go for some easier options that you can coin first like Anchorage, FDG, and Agir

I wouldn’t know what limitations to look for unless you are talking about how it gets behind with stale data and information or missing excerpts completely

I've been assuming the items at the very top are the best unless the ones in the columns on the first slide are all side grades from one another or niches and the ones you have to click behind them are backups
my gear is kind of ok. main fleet is mostly +10s other than a plane being a +11 and odins shells being +13s
