honestly just use 1 fleet to get to chapter 12
based on your pulls u should have some useful gear to manage it

should be enough to make 12-1 or 12-4 safe to farm it later

when u reach 12-1 your goal should be to finish agir or hakuryuu so u have someone to coin after FdG is FS5
u have time so u can raise some good ships before that
