the ships that u want to aim for are
1- fdg
2- brest
3- shimanto
it will take a lot of time to do it and the last 2 are in different seasons so unless u are speedrunning any% ch15 i don't recommend u to do it
also don't forget the cats and a sub fleet

while yea sirius and kaza are great for opsi and showdowns in w15 they wouldnt prove usefull
and vice versa

for most of ur career ull wanna use her because shes one of the biggest dmg buffers in the game and the biggest when shes on 100% scanning

meta showdowns are just a matter of making ur account as strong as possible through daily grind and opsi
one shotting them is mostly a flex because u can just support call so its usually just an endgame activity

combined from all sources

the more it gets close to 25k the better
so technically if u didn't use the last event shop oil u can get up to 76k oil
it is kinda hard to do though but possible

these 3 planes must be used in a certain way to make all the 3 ships launch their airstrikes very close to each others since u want the debuff to be effective
note that the slow debuff is unreliable to make them hit against a max slow or a stun / stop
currently there are 3 ships afaik that can do the task in which 1 is event limited and hopefully reruns in this april
the easy accessible ship is in the pr4 avp which does a nice job against light and medium armors but against the heavy armor is kinda bad
ark should be enough imo for opsi nowadays especially if u want to do the strongholds which should be not that hard
even if it takes multiple airstrikes
but as for the timing that i can't help u much with
i personally either go with the hunch or ask for help somewhere
