make your fleet 2 crossfleet only, your other 3 fleets should be more than enough to kill everything in opsi, if you have the correct gears
nj uvh indep, vanguards are whatever

move laffey 2 to fleet 3 tank position to replace anchor, and replace seattle with sandy

anchor can tank for mob fleet and anshan being benched, but your alsace and mog may need some levels to one fleet clearing stronghold

when ply is finished, she will replace emden in fleet 1

or you can replace richy with nj if there is too much preload animation for you lol
usually preload carriers are used to speed up opsi farming, as no firing animation

crossfleet barrage or buff, nj has strong damage oriented crossfleet barrage, uvh has a proximity barrage to help carriers hidden, indep has a carrier buff

if your gears aren't good, use better vanguards for the crossfleet as they are still stong ships and can do a lot of damage, something like roon anshan yuudachi

sanrui is not a real tank like roon but it's ok if you want to use her

rest looks good to me

well if you want to make sure of it, just send your gears
but i will be away for a few hours so better get someone else to look at it

indep's torp bomber is not very good, iirc it's extremely slow
just use a cuda if you have spare
