I just reached ch13 and not alot as i just used most on the iron blood DD

yeah that's gonna struggle in W13 even with the lvl advantadge
Akaig, Kaga, and Graf Zep are mid and that Shinano doesnt look MLB

And you have no AA Carry (besides Z52)

well first off, use your remaining 2 UR Bullins and max limit break Bismarck Zwei

and boot Shinano from your fleets

and please don't ever spread your Bullins around like this again

anyway if your intention is to clear W13 next your fleets should look something like this

Boss: Bismarck Zwei, Enterprise, UvH, Agir, Helena, San Diego

in addition to those ships you'll also want to level Sirius, Independence, and AvP, Ark Royal among others for use in Operation Siren
