Well I’m think that I’ll just gonna build a good fleet first, until the fleet was done I’m just gonna stick around chapter 11. cause the core data drop are fine and There is no point for me to be rush in this game ,’D

As for how to fleet building
Vanguard position or frontline
Most left is the tank position where your tanker is positioned to tank most of the damage
The mid is squishy position where to protect your squishy/easy to sunk ship
The most right is off-tank position
Usually to protect your squishy from behind
Main fleet or backline

Yes we don't have to rush for this game
But advancing the progress could reward gems by 3* the stages
As for your fleet synergy.....
Just read your ship's skills and try them on
For submarine just focus on sr ships not the elite
Put them in dorm 1F to get exp
Gearing is quite tiring to explain here so just read some equipment guide
Oh right forgot to mention
When fleet building make sure:
You have 1 healer in mob fleet and has enough damage. Tank is mostly useful in mobbing but dps way more preferable
Boss fleet just put your strongest ships for max dmg in here and
Make sure your vanguards or flagship are not sunk in each fleet
