I recommend getting San Diego, but everything else seems to be brute force able with rainbow ships

Since theres no rush to chapter 13+ you can stay and farm levels

and you can max Z52 because it appears that she's already LB2 and you have no other URs besides NJ and maybe an upcoming Yorkii

Oh yeah, i have a lot of time for it. No need to run it with haste. Z52 was planned to be part of one of my main fleets once she was lvled

depends on the fleet, Z52 and Pittsburgh are both a bit tankier than Portland

there are good new SRs like Pittsburgh, augmented Roon, and Hipper META, and there are mid or bad SRs like Minneapolis and Duisburg
