Soon you want to make a second fleet at W9 but what you currently have raised is shit and what other good ships you have are currently not raised

Besides what Umi mentioned, definetly Kazagumo and San Diego

Saint Louis is a solid maybe, since she's not bad for mob after unique aug, but she's easily replaceable
And Illustrious will eventually see use for W15 in the support fleet
