Hey guys, I'm a relatively new player who is trying to get into the game more seriously? Anyone have any advice for my primary fleet or forming a second one? Any other gameplay advice? Here is my stuff

My problem there is that I need a second fleet to be eligible to enter. My stats with the one fleet are not close to high enough.
