alright, got it

this should do for ch 13
swap agir and anchor when agir reaches dev 30, but totally ok if you don't
kick kala out when you can max z52
replace fdg with fritz if you choose to max her
aquila healing mode (using fighter in flexible slot)

make sure ships have enough levels and correct gears, let me know if you need example gears
