CM you can clear probably easy and maybe normal, not on hard.
meta showdown you will do some damage, your best option is to request help from the world or your friends (which i don't have)

usually you want to put your BB or CV together
especially given that implacable is a CV support that helps root your target
usually it's something like this
there are cases where you can pair a BB with 2CVs, but usually that's without implacable
Ive just been using what people told me to use
your fleet is very fine for campaign pushing

you want your FDG to be FS5 and lv120, ideally 125 for w14
so worry that later on

after finishing PR4, get plymouth harbin PR5, get at least a quad152, then PR7

For opsci what should my 4 fleets look like?
usually opsi we use 1 mob fleet, the rest specialized boss fleets. most of the time it's either full BB+supports or full CV fleet+supports
