uploading dock gimme a moment

#

could use some advice on how to improve my opsi fleets

forest stump
#

I would build 1 strongest fleet in mob, which is
UvH Vanguard Unicorn anchorage shimakaze sanDiego

#

and then the rest is whatever

twin pond
#

really

#

thought it would be better if I just made dedicated bossing fleets

forest stump
#

This FybreDoggo-1-fleet-setup is the best OpSi fleet you can have for daily tasks: clearing strongholds, abyssals, c6s

twin pond
#

ic

forest stump
twin pond
#

or at the very least 1 boss 1 mob

forest stump
#

others can disagree, but I prefer the convenience of literally just using 1 fleet to clear 99% of the content

twin pond
#

ig

forest stump
#

the only reason you should use boss fleet is when you are fighting arbiters

twin pond
#

I've cleared out everything except strongholds and abyssal 6s

#

hm

#

so if I were to stick with the 1 fleet setup I'd change guns on uvh and vanguard depending on boss?

forest stump
#

by using 1 fleet you can also focus gearing that ships, putting all your rainbow gears in 1 fleet

forest stump
twin pond
#

aight

forest stump
#

or just put double HE no matter what lol

twin pond
#

I forgot what other good HEs other than mk7 and purple mk6 are

forest stump
#

purple is fine for me tbh

#

oh yea you should not spread bulins btw

#

you really lack tanks

twin pond
#

uhhh

forest stump
#

what research are you working on

twin pond
#

fdg

forest stump
#

agir -2 stars, brest -2 stars, azuma -1 star, guam -2 stars, laffey II -3 stars, drake -1 stars, yea you don't have many options...

#

sorry I mean research focus

twin pond
#

hakuryuu rn

forest stump
#

usually people do research focus IV

twin pond
#

28/30 feels like a bit of a waste if I stop rn

#

yeah I'm focusing iv

forest stump
#

okay good then

#

don't just focus on taking haku's face, take agir face too

twin pond
#

problem is I'm in coin shortage

forest stump
#

try to limit coin spending as much as you can

#

for examplel you don't need to upgrade ships/make equipment if you can comfortably survive in D3

twin pond
#

hm

#

I've cleared strongholds and abyssal 6s with my older stuff before but I haven't tried arbiters yet

forest stump
#

also how many tenrai prints you got? it might be better to just move on from prIV as fast as you can

twin pond
#

would this be enough or

twin pond
forest stump
#

halfway like what number

twin pond
#

23?

#

still got a few left in shop

forest stump
#

how many if you add from shop?

twin pond
#

43

#

had a lot more left than I thought lol

forest stump
#

I suggest get 7 more tenrai prints from research, and just move on to PR V

#

you will be able to coin haku/agir in about january/february

twin pond
#

balls

forest stump
#

and not to mention you don't really need haku

#

I have a little Enterprise account and I find that 2 UR BBs is all I need

twin pond
#

hm

#

so should I focus on maxing Guam then

#

with my next few proto bulins

forest stump
#

Yes Guam

twin pond
#

aight

#

if you just wanna see URs

forest stump
#

Or, just hold until the evaluation on z52 come out

twin pond
#

aight

forest stump
#

since after all, you don't really need her

twin pond
#

thought I was lacking in tanks though

forest stump
#

This is all you need btw, before chilling in 12-4 and level fleet tech:
campaign: 2 UR BBs, Unicorn, Saratoga, Enterprise, Independence
meta showdown 2-shot: 2 UR BBs + enterprise
c6: very strong opsi mob fleet with 2 UR BBs + unicorn
abyssal: max 2-shot with very strong opsi mob fleet
arbiter: free reset

forest stump
twin pond
#

wdym by free reset

forest stump
#

after fighting arbiter with your 4 not-so-optimized fleets, just heal in port for free daily

#

this is where 1 very strong mob fleet come in handy cause you never need to heal in other places except arbiter

#

so you can always have port healing freely available

twin pond
#

how does arbiter work actually

forest stump
#

normal arbiter:
you initiate a fight, and you can attack with your fleets. You can attack as much as you want, you can exit and heal and your progress will be saved

#

hard arbiter:
the real test, you only get 1 chance to attack per fleet, cannot exit, cannot heal, otherwise lose progress

twin pond
#

I'm guessing I can't do that one yet

forest stump
#

you can always do normal one

#

they are pretty much free

twin pond
#

does real test drop anything normal doesn't

forest stump
#

the hard arbiter's reward are far inferior, with the only notable ones being reset vouchers and like 10 gold plates

twin pond
#

balls

forest stump
#

normal arbiter's reward is a lot, including 1 UR design, 1 prototype rainbow upgrade, 1 UR ordnance report, and so on

twin pond
#

how many of those do we get a month

forest stump
#

you can count on 1 finger

#

so normal arbiter rewards are very good

twin pond
#

ah

#

I counted about half a million cells

#

aight I'll give it a try
