the only blue gear worth using are 3
the 76mm for the destroyers
and 2 auxiliaries the camouflage and hydraulic
if u have a better rarity at this point it is better to use over any grey or blue
gear becomes trickier later when u start getting purples and yellows

the triple 406 is called mk6 and u have it in there so put it on penny

Down the road when you can retrofit Nelson I'd then replace penny with her but you have so many retrofit ships it's gonna eat a ton of coins and blueprints
unicorn is gonna be priority for first retro
