dont enhance random stuff above +10

ur first prios for +13 are
for gun plates is getting 3 ap bb guns with 20s so either 3 champy guns or 2 champy + 1 flandre or 2 flandre + 1 champygun ( pref middle > former > latter )
for auxes do 3 white shells ( so 2 more )
for plates its the converging tbs saiun/ju/ryuuse as your setup requires dont stretch more than 2 of each tho
for torps its the improved quad mags ( the ones u have on brennus )
