some take years to finish since they can only be completed in explorable zones which means it has 1 chance to happen each month

some are doable in secured zones meaning u can hunt for them
there is a spreadsheet that u can use to help u finish them

the hidden zone logger (the one that needs 1k vouchers)
spend the rest on whatever u want if u have extra left

the oil logger lets u strategically search the explorable zones but it doesnt mean it helps with finishing the star rewards faster
it just automates the clearing of those zones
u can also just pick the zone and do it yourself but it is annoying since u need to use the recon command for fog of war

explorable zones are the zones u clear one time each month

they become secured zones after u clear them once
