She is, but she isn't necessarily good for campaign. She could easily replace Laffey in your boss fleet

Yeah, she'll replace Heinrich, and you can move Heinrich to mob, dropping Eugen

Suzu in the mob fleet could be pretty much anyone. Rikka's just a solid ship, so could go in either fleet

Yeah, you only get a certain number per year. And FdG is going to want FS5 for best results, as without it both she and Monarch want flag

If you need coins, you can farm 9-1 for a pretty low oil cost and get a decent coin and XP return, due to oil cap

Ok. 9-1 is easy enough that shouldn't be a problem. URs that aren't limit broken lose a lot of their value.

Sounds like you need to farm more, they're typically at 30k in new events, and half that in reruns. Musashi's event, for example, gave one
