some good ships you can consider raising when you reach 9-1 are tashkent, aquila, helena and saratoga

flag spot is usually a bb, cuz some have position reliant barrages and also because thats the best spot for backline defence

#

leftmost slot in vanguard is tank spot, you put your tankiest ship there which is eugen in your case

also, higher rarity doesnt always mean its better
for example purple twin 410 is better than gold twin 381 on hood

what even is that? as new player you wont have access to most of those gear
although the twin 406 skc is a good gun, its expensive to obtain and only slightly better than purple twin 410

althought theres a lot of equipment displayed here, you should have access to the purple guns and auxes since theyre from tech box, youre not able to obtain event limited equipment like the admiralty fire control table or research equipment like prototype tenrai
